I have an old GE electric range that I am having problems with. The oven temp is not correct and it seems to be inconsistent. I think the problem is either the temperature sensor or the control board. How many ohms should the temperature sensor test at? I am getting 15 ohms when I test it. Is there a way to test the control board?
Thank you!

the sensor should read between 1000 and 1100 ohms. on back of range check the sensor connector to make sure it has good connectition. the reading should be taken at room temp

I have read where certain GE temperature sensors should measure 15 Ohms. How do I know what it should be?
