Model G15FSAXVY01 (freezer drawer under fridge)

I read other postings on this topic ... gap in freezer door sealing located only along R side. I can't tell if the issue is with the horizontal tracking which allows door and basket to slide back into freezer, or if the door itself has gotten slightly twisted. Three young boys in house who have been sighted standing on freezer drawer, so either are possible.:) Moderate frost condensation now building up and the condenser is running quite frequently without being able to maintain freezer temperature.

I can see the screws which attach the basket tracking to the door, and could potentially try and re-align, but don't want to cause more issues without guidance. I do not understand prior posting which discussed screws connecting inner and outer doors (are they the same screws, or do I need to remove gasket to see these?)

Suggestions for next step to diagnose problem?

Thanks
