Today's problem--blinking clean light again after reset How to troubleshoot?
Recent history: Top rack not clean a few weeks ago. While cleaning out chopper I overtightened a screw with my drill and broke a hole in the sump housing. Pulled dishwasher, replaced sump housing and reconnected everything all together. DW worked great.
A few days ago, DW not draining although it would complete cycle ok. Vacuumed out dirty water, took apart interior stuff searching for a drain clog--no obvious clog. Did find some broken glass and noted that top rack plastic wheel had broken. Checked drain hose both ends, seemed ok. Garbage disposal ok--not new. Could feel the impeller of drain pump, seemed ok. Cleaned chopper again. Put back together, ran a load, no problem--yay!
Ran a second load, no problem. Ran a third load last night--blinking clean light.
Hit reset at panel, did the hi-temp/dry sequence and then just hit normal. Came back and clean light is blinking again.
Now What! (Besides kick this thing in the face)
Thanks for your help--i'm a stay at home mom with 2 year old twins running around--i never would have been able to do as much as i have with this DW without all the help i've gotten from reading this forum!!

Ibjessa, Recheck and make sure the wires to the heating element and hi limit thermostat are connected, and in tact. Start the dishwasher, Check and ensure the water temperature in the bottom of the dishwasher is 120 to 130 dgrs. when the first fill of the cycle ends. If the dishwasher doesn't heat the water to 140 dgrs (160 dgrs. sani cycle) the clean light will blink. The water heating time is limited, approximately 12 minutes, by the control board. You'll need to reset the control again, once you determine the issue with the heater or water temperature.
