Last night I noticed water on the floor and it was coming from under the freezer(FFU14F5HWB). I opened the door and the items on the top shelf and door were thawed, but the items on other shelves appeared ok. This morning I opened the freezer and the items on the door and top shelf are now frozen and no more water. Does this seem like a plugged defrost drain?

Hello, Jim.

Based on the info you provided I don't think it's the drain problem. You should closely monitor the freezer temperature and make sure the door is closed tightly.

Post the results.

Simon.

OK, I did notice today that the freezer wasn't level and manual said this is very important(not sure if that's true or not). The front was higher than the back, I did level it off today. I moved about a month ago, so not sure if these 2 are related.

Check for a few more days if there would be any water on the floor.

Simon.
