I have an old TRUE TDD-4 kegerator. When I bought it, I hosed off the condenser fins to clean them. Apparently I got a little water somewhere it wasn't supposed to be because the condenser fan ran for a couple days continuous, then returned to normal operation of only running with the compressor. What controls the fan, is there a timer or relay?

It seems that it typically runs a minute or so after the compressor shuts off so I'm lead to believe that there is some timer or something. But it looks to be wired to the same wires that feed the compressor.

Since then, the fan has been running continuous again. Something seems to be shorting out, just not sure what. Here are a few pics of the mess.
