HI.

To access the control panel:
-unplug the unit
-pull the range forward so you can access the two end cap screws
-remove the two screws from the sides of the left and right end caps
-open the oven door and remove the two screws from the bottom of the control panel (at the ends of the touch pad)
pull out the bottom of the control panel, unclip the top edge from the bracket, and rotate the control panel forward and down so you can access the components.

Thanks for the info. I am going to replace the complete electronic control panel, will your instructions let me remove the panel?

Yes, you should be able to remove the panel after it's taken out.
