Jenn-Air oven trips the circuit breaker

My Jenn-Air oven will start to heat up, for about 7 minutes, then trips the circuit breaker and shuts down. It will try again after I flip the breaker, but for a shorter time. The oven is not useable, what's wrong? There are no other problems, the control panel works fine, etc.

Could be a bad breaker.
