My maytag ice maker is not working. It is the type with the on and off switch. I saw a troubleshooting video, it helped but did not solve my problem. Our water valve from the wall is shooting water at very good pressure. We put a new hose from the fridge to the water valve. We made sure that no hoses were frozen. We did the spark check to see if it was the ice maker, and the ice maker sparked so we diagnosed its not that. The problem is the water is not going trough the hose. What cant we do? We are a fix it our selves type of people and would like to obviously fix it ourselves before calling a repair person.
