Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 4/9/2013(UTC) Posts: 1		I have a frigidaire Side by Side Refrigerator Model GLHS68EGSB5. Working fine, then woke up one morning and it was warm on both Fridge and Freezer. I unplugged it for a while, the Plugged it Back in, Started Working Just fine, But then this Morning When I Woke up, It was warm on both sides again, and Not Cooling. What could be wrong? Compressor seems fine and fans seem like they are working. :(

You can usually hear the compressor when it is running but you should also be able to feel it vibrating. Whenever the condenser fan is on the compressor should be on as they are wired in parallel. If the compressor, condenser fan and the evaporator/freezer fan were all off when it was not cooling then odds are that the unit is getting hung up in a defrost cycle. I would check that the defrost thermostat is closed when frozen and open just above freezing. Also if it is deformed/bulged replace it even if it measures OK.
