I have seen from some of the previous threads this is not an uncommon problem. Water is coming from the arms just not enough to spin them. I was able to find the instructions for the service program and ran that with no errors.

I am assuming that there is a filter or line somewhere thats needs to be cleaned but part of my problem is I cant find any service manuals for this model so I understand how to take it apart. I dont want to break something trying to fix it esp if its a simple repair.

Thanks

there is a screen in the bottom. there is a handle on a round screen in the center aligned with arrows. turn this handle to the right and lift out. the screen will then come out. these are the filters. when putting back, put handle to the right and turn left until arrows line up. if the filters are not the problem then you probably are not getting enough water into the tub. at that point replace the water inlet valve.
