its also stoelting
oh and the expansion valve that's for when the ice cream temperature makes it least -7 to -10 from the temperature prob

You can post on web site appliancejunk.com Not too familiar with your system. Might check for a partial evaporator clog or an evaporator fan turning slow. Also you might have a partial restriction in the expansion valve. You can try adjusting the valve to see if the restriction will clear.

If the ac person failed to purge the system with a vacumm pump, there might be non-compressables in the system.

doubt they purged it
it was low on 502 gas so they just added gas as the sight glass was bubbling and they still had 502 but the compressor sticks at -6 and the compressor ices over completely I cant post my pic its too big but ill try to post links to my website if that's ok

This is a refrigeration system, not a chiller. Looks like he put too much refrigerant in it, gauge pressure too high and compressor getting liquid refrigerant will not last very long.
Should have checked the name plate refrigerant ounce requirement for a full system and measured what he put in with a digital scale.

oh ic I have no idea
the gauge pressure is supposed to be 18psi at 75 degrees but I set it to 16 as it was 50 degrees that's for that one port the hopper gauge is set at 61psi and the high pressure side is 150psi+

but thanks for trying (:
