Cannot find any info using the given model number, please check it. I did try a number of different sites.
If water does not enter the unit. Remove the kick plate. Check that the water valve is getting power (120 volts AC) when it should . If not then check that the water overflow switch is being activated by the float. It could be it is stuck in the up position and the unit thinks it is already full of water. If it is OK, remove one wire from the overflow switch and check that it is closed. If it is then you probably have a control board problem or a bad connection between the control and the valve.
If the valve does get 120 volts. Remove the water line. Check that the filter screen on the input side of the valve is clear. If clogged up, clean it. Do not remove it as it is there to keep crud out of the valve, which could hold the valve open and cause a flood. If the filter screen is clean then the valve needs replacing. |
