my washer fills up and then stops.I can hear the motor buzzing but it does nothing else. I found a similar post on this site where the washer would agitate but that's not my case at all.

I checked the pressure switch & tube, checked the belt. And the terminals on the wiring harness. I can turn the motor by hand in both directions. Any ideas?

Run it with front panel off and observe the motor. Is the motor shaft spinning (clip on bottom of shaft will rotate with shaft) but pulley not or is the motor shaft not spinning but motor just humming? Does it do this in both agitate and spin modes? Do you have a multimeter for testing?
