First there was a recal on this fridge, had them come fix the issue three weeks ago. I changed the hoses on the water lines and changed the filter, now the freezer is running non stop, forming ice on the back wall, and front top, even though its turned down. Even if we turn it off, than put back on at the min setting its running non stop. The fridge side is cold, but i never hear it comming on.
Only lived in the place for four weeks, so not sure whats going on.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I had this type problem with mine and it was the quartz heat element was burnt out that is supposed to cycle to keep the frost from forming. The frost blocks the passages that circulate the cold air to the fridge side and this kinda screws up the thermostat.
