Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 5/13/2009(UTC) Posts: 4		The ice maker in this unit is producing ice, however it appears that the tray is either being over filled or filled again before the ice has been dispensed into the hopper. Is this a valve issue, or the icemaker itself, or something else entirely? Thanks for your help, Kevin

What exactly it does? If it overfills then the problem is a water valve. If it filled again then it is the ice maker. Gene. The model number you posted does not come up. Verify and repost it.

I am thinking a leaking valve because ice is " flowing " down from the ice maker and building up on the top of the auger motor cover. How can I check to see if I am right? I appreciate your help. Kevin
