I tried to take the machine apart to replace the belt. However, when I tried to take off the front panel it seemed attached to bulkhead. I had followed a video on youtube when i tried to do this .i have the duet3 electric dryer and lots of things were different. had to disconnect lots of electronics. couldn't unhook moisture sensor wire harnesses. Is the front panel actually attached to the bulkhead? How do I access the drum to change the belt? Hubby is ready to call a repairman, and I have the belt! I have taken machine apart, myself, and I put it back together, and it works but it is squealing.
Do I have to keep front panel and bulkhead together and how do i unhook those sensor wire harnesses. Any help greatly appreciated.

unfortunatly the belt has to be installed from the front. remove top, control panel and bottom panel. you should have screw behind the conrol panel. after removing screws the panel should tilt forward far enough to slip the belt around the drum. reassemble. at the bottom you will see the motor on the left. loop the belt around the motor and idler pulley. it is unusual for the belt to cause a squeak, more likely the rear drum bearing or belt idler pulley

I replaced the belt and the rear drum rollers. Opened the machine from the front and replaced rollers and belt. However, couldn't reach to thread the belt. closed machine and opened the back then threaded the belt. Never told hubby I was doing this. He was impressed, I was proud, and I saved us money. BTW hardest thing was detaching stupid wire harnesses!
