Eventhough I've ensured that the drain from the freezer to the drip pan underneath is clear, water still drips from the freezer into the fridge. I currently have a pan just underneath the vents where cold air enters the fridge from the freezer. Why is this happening?

Hello,

The refrigerator should be properly leveled. There are adjustable two front rollers or two leveling screws. Raise the front of the refrigerator. The refrigerator should slope 1/4" to 1/2" from front to back. Then level the refrigerator form side to side.
