:) Can someone provide details or repair manual for this product. Unable to get the black liner (plastic or rubber) from behind the control panel. There is a Phillip's screw top of panel that is extremely hard to get to. it seems to be holding the black liner in place. Looks like I can get access once that problem is resolved. Then I can test door switch(s) to see what I need for repair.

at the top of the grill above the door, there should be two screws. remove them and slide the grill to the left, it should disengage and come off. under the grill you will see the screw at the top of the control panel. remove screw and lift up and out, should see door switches
