I have a refrigerator Frigidare FRS26R4CW1. Since I just changed the regrigerator water filter, the ice maker stopped working. What I have noticed is that no water comes out from the fill tube at all which is clean with no ice. The water dispenser works but water never comes cold and after awhile it is only a trickle of water. I also have observed the feeler arm is working but it never get enough water to dump ice.
Please could you help me out and tell me what I need to replace. Might it be the water valve?

Your refrigerator may have came with a plug that will allow you to by pass the filter to eliminate the chance of the new filter being clogged or not installed correctly. If so install it and see if it goes back to work. You also want to check the water supply to see if you have good water pressure. Looking at your parts breakdown your refrigerator has three water valves. I would look at changing the main water valve because both the icemaker and the water dispenser do not work correctly.
