Hello all

I have a Panasonic Genius over the range microwave. While cleaning it the other day the keypad stopped functioning. I cycled the power to the unit, when it came back on, the cook time mode came up. All I could do was select a time, but none of the other buttons work. Is the keypad shot? Do I need to replace the circuit board, or is their other parts to replace?

I am an HVAC tech so I do have some basic experience with electronics.

Thanks for any help you can provide
