I have an N'Finity by Wine Enthusiast dual zone wine refrigerator, that is 18 months old. The upper zone is not holding the temperature, set point is set at 44 degrees, and lower zone is set at 60 degrees. The upper zone readout varies anywhere from 46 degrees to 52 degrees and sometimes (happened at least 3 times) goes to 58 to 60 degrees, while the lower zone stays very constant at 57 degrees to 60 degrees. I have measured the temperature inside the unit and the readings are very close to the readings on the readout on the control panel.
What is causing the upper zone to have the erratic readings? I will note that this refrigerator runs a lot (always has) and the compressor seems very warm to the touch, not hot hot.
Thanks for any help you can provide me. I am very handy with repairing things if you tell me what part is bad and how I can install it.

Hi.
Most likely the problem is with the upper zone thermistor, but also could be the control board. We do not carry parts or any technical info for this brand. Contact the manufacturer.
Simon.
