i have a Jenn-air dishwasher model JDB 9910, lower dishwasher arm has stopped spinning, and when i try the rinse cyle, ifills well with water, and has good force to water, as it finishes pumping out the water it makes a loud groaning, rattling sound, also--did try cleaning out the variious filters, and water has better force , but still has no arm spin and loud growl /rattle sound when pumping water out - What else could be wrong?
