Hi Letsal. Did you ever get an answer? I have the same problem and posted just today. I wonder if this site really works! You posted in Feb.

Fist off he posted a washer in the Dishwasher forum.
Then he came back only 5 minuets later to check on his post
but never returned.

My apologies. Someone did answer. Thanks Glen65. After I posted my clothes washer problem, I noticed the post from Letsal. I asked him/her whether or not they got an answer back.

Your reply to my question to Letsal: Are you saying that Letsal posted on a dishwasher forum or me? if I did, I screwed up.

Anyway, can you answer my question about my Neptune and the lack of full draining? Thanks for your time and all your volunteering. It helps everybody.
