I heard a loud pop and the whole unit died. There is no light or any sign of life in it. I opened the back and it looked like one of three wires on the big cable that plugs to the wall is toast. Anyway, I bought a new power cable and put it in only to find that the far right plate or hole is lose. It seemed like the thread has been stripped and the screw is loose. It's not tightening the wire enough. Anyway, I need this part replace. And if it's replace and still no sign of life then I'm not sure where else to look. Any advice on that will be appreciated as well. Below is a picture of the part I'm looking for.
