Coils good, igniter new, flame sensor new, 115volts to coils when igniter is glowing....BUT NO click at the regulator gas valve and NO FLAME :-(
Can the regulator gas valve be repaired, rebuilt, cleaned and adjusted or any service to it other than replacing it?

The gas valve is not serviceable and can not be repaired. It has to be replaced.
