My Kenmore gas dryer is 13 years old. It now squeals after running a short period of time (long enough to warm up) and then stops. Do I need to replace the two wheels, the belt or both and the motor? Should I replace the felts at the same time? Any feedback is appreciated.

It is hard to guess which part exactly is bad. The best way is to take the dryer apart and check them.
