Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 3/15/2013(UTC) Posts: 1		I have a washer that I purchased new in aug. 2011. I recently moved and some friends moved it for me. Nothing was wrong with it before the move but now when I went to wash laundry found that it will wash but makes a loud rattling noise upon spin cycle. Can someone please help me

Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 3/29/2009(UTC) Posts: 11,699		I am thinking one of the support springs broke or came off in the move, or one of the pads on the frame or there might be a crack in the support structure. Take off the cabinet and check things out. You should know that sometimes after a move the tub is just not sitting right on the support structure, and after using the washer for a time or two it corrects itself. See if that happens first.
