Hello
I just received this stove last year. I went to put dinner in last night, no issue. I go to take it out and the door not creaks when i open and it no longer stays open by itself at the 1/3 open way. when i go to close it, it gets stuck and i need to force the door closed.

It sounds like a hinge issue but not sure it would get stuck on the way up.

Can anyone offer me any advise?

Is replacing them quite simple? Does it require an entire take apart of both sides?
Also, what could cause the sound of the grinding that I am hearing?

And you posted a picture of a baking rack, but not sure that is the correct part I need.

OK Thanks, I actually have to correct my model number its 79070602010. I ordered the parts on your site for the correct model number. (AP4453254 (316566204) & AP4452364 (316566205))

It weird, I now see the hinge also. when I ordered it mentioned free tech support on the products does that mean, I can get help over the phone installing them if needed?

The repair was simple. I did not have to take the sides off although I attempted to, I did not have to.

Here are the steps in order. Do not be afraid of the number of steps, I tried to be as detailed as possible to anyone can do this. It was a very simple repair, once I figured out what I needed to do.

Prepare
1. Unplug stove

Remove Hinge
2. Remove door per by opening the door all the way, and you will see one screen on either side of the door close to the hinge.
3. Remove these screws.
4. On the hinge you will see a hole, put this screw in this hole, it will not screw in, just slip in. (do this on both sides)
5. Close door 3/4 of the way. The screws that you put in holes will prevent you shutting the door all the way, if you are able to shut the door all the way, make sure the screws did not slip out.
6. Grab door with both hands and pull out
7. Set door aside.
8. Open broiler door
9. Now you will see two screws along the lower side of the stove, facing you. Remove the top screw, this will loosen a plate that covers a gap.
10. Remove the second screw; at this point the hinge should be completely free.

Replace Hinge
11. You will need to pull the hinge out of this hole. BUT you must first close the hinge as if the door was closed. Without doing this, the hinge will not fit. Use plyers or vise grips to carefully close the hinge.
12. Once the hinge is closed, you should be able to pull the hinge out on an angle.
13. Now slip the new hinge into the hole and align the holes
14. Put that plate back in place and replace top screw but do not tighten.
15. Line up the bottom holes and replace screw. Now you can tighten the top screw. Leaving the top screw loose a bit allows you to align the bottom hole easier.

Finish Up
15. Place door back on hinges
16. And open the door all the way
17. Remove screws that where in the hinge locking the door down and put them back into the door. These screw holes on the door should line up with screw holes on the hinge.
18. Check to make sure the door is operational.
19. Make sure all tools are removed from work area. I left a screw driver in the boiler and my wife went to turn on the stove later on and the house filled with smoke and bad odor from the handle melting. Poor screw driver, he didn't even see it coming.
20. Plug stove in and check to make sure everything still works
