Top rack not cleaning

I have a Whirlpool Gold Series Quiet Partner III Dishwasher. It has stopped cleaning the top rack and the silverware in the door. I originally thought I had it too full. I now only put a small amount of dishes in the bottom rack (plates/glasses/bowls) with very little on the top rack and it still does not clean the top rack. I have also noticed that the silverware is not getting clean in the door as well. I have also noticed that the top half of the door has food particles and such that should have been washed off during the cycle.

The water is draining and heating just fine. It is like there is not enough pressure to get to all the places in the washer that it should go to.

Any suggestions.

Have you sorted out the problem of top rack? if you mention it in bit detail we can surely help you out.
