I just moved into a home that has a GE Profile Arctic Side by Side Refrigerator PSH25MGSA BV (label inside). Since moving in for a couple of weeks, our refrigerator (at factory setting) was cooling items room temperature at best with condensation in the middle left wall of the fridge. We turned up the setting (0-9 / Factory is 5) to 7 or 8...no difference. Meanwhile, freezer works fine. We had a repair company come out and the tech advised a $450 mother board replacement. We took the info, paid for the visit and instead ordered the part online for a fraction of that. My husband changed it out (with step by step instructions online) and 24 hours later, things seemed cold and the issue seemed fixed. 24 hours after that - room temp again. I turned up the temp to 7, still warm. Today I tried pressing the Turbo Cool button and it seems like a blast of cold, but I can't imagine that is ok to leave on constantly or to fix the issue. I've seen so many posts for different things, but I don't want to keep trying one, then another, etc. Please help!

Hi. There are two temperature sensors (thermistors) in the fresh food section. Check them (at room temperature 77F you should have 10Kohm resistance) and replace them Part number: AP3185407
Post the results. Simon.
