Started to notice lately that after the dishwasher is done (using the 1 hr cycle) that there is an inch or 2 of soap bubbles in the bottom of the washer. We have been using soap tablets instead of powder. The water does drain completely...just soap bubbles left.
My 1st guess is that there is too much soap in the tablets since we have soft water.
Any guesses what could be causing this? If it looks like a problem, I want to take care of it before the warranty runs out.
We are going to try some of the other cycles and maybe a different brand of soap next.

Hi.

Yes, it's a good idea to switch to a different soap. Also, pour a few glasses of the white vinegar inside and let it sit for a couple of hours.
What could happen is there is still a jet cleaner in the dispenser, plus the tablet contend it too. Too much jet cleaner may cause the suds.

Post the results.

The jet cleaner may be the answer. After reading this to my wife, she says that she recently filled it. Before that we had not used any jet cleaner since using up what came with the new washer.

Thanks for the help
