The unit is made by GE. Have you tried moving the temperature knob back and forth to see if it will start up. Since it is GE I will not be able to get a wiring diagram for it. But most older fridges have the compressor and the condenser/compressor fan wired in parallel. Since they are both going off the most likely culprit is the temperature thermostst as the controls power to the compressor/fan.
