There is water leaking out of my freezer door, on the bottom. Inside the freezer water is frozen on the bottom. When I pull the drawer out there is a frozen stream of water coming from the "vent" on the bottom of the back freezer wall and also a frozen stream of water leading to the door hence water leaking out of my freezer door. I got all the ice out of the bottom 6 days ago and cleaned the freezer and now it looks the same as it did 6 days ago. Anybody have any idea what could be causing this? I checked in the Use & Care manual and it says nothing about it. HELP!
Thank you

Hello,

Your refrigerator has automated defrost system. Defrosted water should be drained out through the drain under the evaporator coils which are located inside the freezer behind the rear panel. The drain hole is clogged and frozen what causing the water to leak out.

Remove the freezer rear panel. Defrost the drain hole using a hair dryer. Using a turkey baster, run hot water through the drain to be sure it's open. Pull the refrigerator out of the wall. Remove the cover on the bottom and make sure the other end of the drain is clean too.
