My White Westinghouse washer, Mod. WWS833ES0 gets through it's spin cycle but doesn't seem to get as much water out of the clothes as it should. Sometime I have to reach in and turn the tub a little by hand, then restart the spin cycle. Even then, it's not extracting as much water from the clothes as it should. When I take the clothes out I have to wring the water out. This was happening intermittently to start, but now it seems to be more the rule than the exception. The washer is 7 years old and sees almost daily use.

I would say the most likely problem is a belt issue. Change it out and also take the opportunity to clean out the pump and internal drain hoses and see if that doesn't fix things.
