The control panel read out goes on and off intermittently. Everything still works but you can not see oven temperature or clock, timer etc. Wondering if it is the panel itself or the computer module? They are both expensive and I don't want to quess. Is there some kind of replaceable thermal fuse that can be the problem?

Thanks much

Hi, Bob.

I really don't think that that the thermal fuse will fix this problem. You need to replace the main control board Part number: 9782455
Part number: 9782455

The good thing is that you may return any parts back to APP if they been purchased from us.

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Control Panel parts for Whirlpool KGSC308LSS0 - AppliancePartsPros.com

Post the results.

Simon.
