My freezer/refrigerator quit cooling, and after cleaning it, I found a small dent or hole in inside back of freezer. Can this be fixed

Can this be fixed Cindy, Yes cracks and small holes in the inside (ABS) liner can be repaired, using a liner repair kit Part number: AP3837617
and holes in the external metal back panel wall of the unit can be repaired with A/C aluminum vent tape. Part number: AP5645648
Is your appliance cooling now ? The hole in the wall could cause a reduction in cooling, But shouldn't have caused a complete no cool issue. Thanks,
