Can this be fixed Cindy, Yes cracks and small holes in the inside (ABS) liner can be repaired, using a liner repair kit Part number: AP3837617 and holes in the external metal back panel wall of the unit can be repaired with A/C aluminum vent tape. Part number: AP5645648 Is your appliance cooling now ? The hole in the wall could cause a reduction in cooling, But shouldn't have caused a complete no cool issue. Thanks,
