The dryer has been making a noise like something bouncing off the drum. Now it takes all day to dry a load. I've determined that the blower wheel is making the noise as it bounces around. Could that also be the reason for the other problem? The vent is clear, and there isn't much lint build-up anywhere. The clothes are warm when I check them, but there is a tremendous amount of moisture when I open the door. The outside of the dryer is warm, but not as warm as it should be.

Thanks for any help.

Hi.

You definitely pinpointed the problem. There is now proper air flow through the dryer because of the broken wheel.

Replace the blower wheel
