Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 2/3/2013(UTC) Posts: 2		Ice is NOT forming on evaperator but is forming in the drain pan. There is water in the fridge; both in and below the drawers. When I power down the unit and let the ice in the freezer melt, it doesn't drain anywhere. It appears that there is a drain fitting below the drain pan; but I can't see where it goes and I can't pass a wire through it. How can I access this drian to clear it?

You have to remove the rear panel in the freezer to access it. Defrost it using a hair dryer. Run some hot water, using a turkey baster, through the drain to make sure it' clean.
