Does someone know what I need to do to take off the broken handle on this specific make and model in order to put the new handle on?

Hi.

Use two medium size flat screwdrivers to undo the clips inside the plastic choke cover by prying the cover out around the perimeter. Be careful not to brake it.
Next take out two screws holding the handle.
Replace the handle and push in the choke cover.

The handle Part number: WB15X10045
