The week my refrigerator stopped keeping my food cold. The rear inner surface of the freezer was building up ice. I determined the cause was the Radiant Heater. (AKA Defrost heaters - Part #RSCA207A). I replaced the Radiant heater and the Refrigerator is keeping my food cold again. I have a new problem (or maybe it is not a problem, I'm not sure). The front surface between the freezer/refrigerator to which the magnetic gaskets (seals) stick to to keep the front doors closed is hot. Is this normal? The inner wall of the freezer/refrigerator is cool like they should be.

Most likely the condenser coil on the back of the fridge has to be cleaned. Also check if the condenser fan (#13 on the unit break down diagram) is working properly. Gene.

Thanks Gene, I will clean the condenser coil and check the condenser fan. I'll let you know the results later.
