Hey All.
So I have a Kenmore 80 series washer. It fills but then just stops. If I manually move the knob it will agitate. It will not spin or drain. Any advice?
Thanks in advance.

Hello, Sounds like there are two separate problems - a bad lid switch and a bad timer. You can easy determine if the lid switch is really bad. Just bypass it and run the washer. If it'll drain and spin then the lid switch is definitely bad. I would recommend to replace the timer in any way. - The timer Part number: 3949210

Thank you. We bypassed the lid switch but it still would not spin or drain. So then it would be the timer? I ordered one last night but I just want to make sure I'm on the right track. Thanks for the help.
