My neighbor was being "helpful" and removed my burned out oven element so he could order a replacement. When he pulled the element out, one of the wires jumped out of sight. I've tried to find it but havent been successful. How do I get the wire out? (Notice the neighbor didn't even try to retrieve it.):confused:
