All outside hoses dry. Already changed both belts, one was off completly. just the other day. Thanks for any help you may have.:(

What I suspect is that with the warm water setting you have more water pressure than either hot or cold, and that the leak is coming from a broken splash guard. I have seen this before on these Maytags

After removing the top lid, it turned out to be the "intake valve". Very common problem from what i hear. Its a small black tube with plastic inner piece, costs about 4$. Its where the main water comes in from back of the machine and its to airate the water. It can get hard and rotted and not allow water to flow properly and squirts the water out on of the top, thu a plastic shield it has over it. Its anout in the middle left upper area of the machine. Thanks again for your helpful directions:D
