The light on Microwave is still on and the control panel works too. After pushing the start button, the clock is counting down, but the microve doesn't work (no any noise), the turn table doesn't turn neither. It is a over-the-range microwave oven. We only use the microwave and never use range funcation. It is only 2 years old. Before it doesn't work, nothing unusal happened.
What is wrong with that microwave? Fuse blown out or something else?
Thanks a lot

You'll have to isolate the problem to either the control side (the board) , or the high voltage side. If you're competent with a meter, and not afraid of making a "live voltage" test, we can take you step by step through the diagnosis.

Thanks a lot! I am an engineer so there is no problem for me to handle those tests.
Waiting for your instructions!

You should be able to access the board from the front without having to pull the oven down. The first test is to see if the board is sending 120VAC to the power transfrmr. If it is, the trouble is in the power side and not the control. Further diagnosis will necessitate uninstalling the oven. One other check to do (maybe first), is to check the polarity of the receptacle. Post your results.
