Since it was given to us, this range has taken about 20-25 minutes to pre-heat. Last night, when we put it on 400, the Broil got stuck full-on! The pizza got nuked on the top and was still raw on the bottom. After a 5 minute re-set, the problem persisted. Had to throw the breaker again as the broiler stayed on even when the oven was switched off.
