Freezer slightly keeps ice frozen all else is defrosting. frost in freezer. Frige is too warm and dripping water inside at top.

If the rear panel in the freezer is covered with frost then very likely there is a problem with the defrost system. You can find the troubleshooting instructions in one of our previous posts: http://forum.appliancepartspros...frigerator-too-warm.html

Unfortunately we can not provide more accurate advice because of the age of this model and lack of any technical information online. If you will be able to diagnose the problem then the APP customer service would be able to locate any needed parts.
