I own a KitchenAid (top/bottom) Model #KBRA22KRSS. There is a buzzing noise that comes on and off every few minutes. The temperature alarm went off and I noticed the freezer temperature was at 19 degrees and is now climbing. The refrigerator temperature was at 40 degress and is also climbing. I cleaned the grille and condensor coils in front even though it did not need it. The temperature in the fridge and freezer keeps rising. The unit is less than 5 years old. What do you think is the problem?

Remove the rear panel in the freezer and check how is the evaporator covered with snow and how the fan in the freezer is working. Post the results.
