Hope you guys can help, I'm on the verge of throwing in the towel :) Freezer stopped freezing and fresh food side is not very cold. Here's all the parts (brand new) I've replaced:
MOTHERBOARD- heard the clicking and ice maker controls stopped working. Figured this was the cooling problem too....did not fix cooling problem.
THERMISTOR
DEFROST THERMOSTAT
DEFROST HEATER
RELAY OVERLOAD
CAPACITOR
Evap coil on the very bottom is still freezing with white frost. Compressor is warm and running and isn't making any irregular noise. Any ideas?
Thank you very much.

If you wet your finger and it fails to stick at a lot of places on the evaporator coils, you have sealed system problems. This assumes the system and compressor has been running for a period of time.

What could be the cause of the lower part of the coil freezing up after I changed all the above parts?

A partial frosting of the evaporator coils indicate a sealed system problem, assuming the condensing fan is working.
