It gets to the setting just fine, cooks for a period, and then starts to drop in temperature! Initially it did it only when on convection bake, today it started doing it on regular bake - right in the middle of Christmas cookies! Help!!!

I have had numerous repair attempts and replaced parts but no resolution. If you found the problem that caused your issue could you be so kind to let me know. Thanks!
