My mother recently set my oven to "self clean" while I was out. Now, the first time I have attempted to use the oven since this cleaning...it pre-heated then upon the second time I tried to bake something when I set to preheat...it comes on and the temp begins to rise... and then goes straight to an F3 code and shuts off. I have attempted to disconnect power...still gives the code when power is restored...even if not pre-heating...
I see where code indicated temp. sensor...??/ but then many others have replaced this and it did not fix....do you have any suggestions...or instructions on how to replace sensor?? thanks for any help.
Brandi:)

Hello Brandi, The "F3" error code means that the oven control senses open oven temperature sensor. Open the control panel and measure the oven sensor resistance at the control board connector. The normal reading suppose to be about 1100 Ohms at the room temperature. If the reading is incorrect, replace the oven temperature sensor. If the reading is correct, replace the oven control board. - The oven temperature sensor Part number: WB23T10015
